Americans are concerned about what they are really eating. For this reason, we source grass-fed, grass-finished beef from our ranch and neighboring farms which ensures you stay well-fed and healthy.

In 2009 my brother and I bought a few hundred acres in Cadiz, Ohio because we had always wanted to own our own farm. This property was once mined for its coal using strip and underground mining practices. We now use regenerative farming practices to build the soil, increase biodiversity, and improve the water cycle. Therefore we are slowly reversing the effects of the industrial impact to the land.

Our families found it difficult to find healthy, locally grown food that met high standards. Most food in America is commercially grown in corporate-owned factory farms that employ techniques designed with one goal in mind – maximum efficiency and production.  These management practices strip the soil of its nutrients and produce animals of inferior quality (Nutritional facts).  Especially when it comes to meat, it is produced quickly using grain, hormones, and antibiotics in big industrial overcrowded stockyards. We spoke to our neighboring farms and found out that our small ranch was well-suited to raising grass-fed, grass-finished beef.
